Privacy Policy

Effective July 26, 2026

JumpHigh is built so that your data stays yours. The short version: no accounts, no ads, no data selling, and your camera footage never leaves your phone.

What the camera sees

JumpHigh uses your iPhone's camera to measure your vertical jump and check exercise form. All video analysis happens on your device using Apple's on-device body-pose technology. Jump videos are not uploaded, transmitted, or stored by us. If you choose to save a clip, it goes to your own Photos library; if you choose to share a result card, you control where it goes.

What we store

Your measurements, workout logs, streaks, height, and goal are stored on your device. If you enable iCloud, Apple may sync this data through your personal iCloud account under Apple's privacy terms — we never see it.

What we don't collect

Subscriptions

Payments are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see your payment details. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.

Analytics

We may collect anonymous, aggregate counts of app events (for example, "how many measurements happened today") to understand what to improve. These counts contain no personal information and cannot be tied to you.

Young athletes

JumpHigh is designed for athletes of many ages, including teens. Because we collect no personal information, there is nothing for us to hold about any user, regardless of age. Purchases by minors may require a parent or guardian's approval through Apple's Ask to Buy.
